New York-based architects and interior designers, Handel Architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects, have redesigned the 737 Park Avenue project. Originally built in 1940, 737 Park Avenue was given a major spruce up, and is located in Manhattan, New York City.

The building is a stone’s throw from from Central Park, the main shopping district, and many of the city’s finest restaurants and Manhattan’s historic museum mile stands. According to the architect: “Built in 1940 by Sam Minskoff and Sons and designed by architect Sylvian Bien, whose works include the Carlyle Hotel, the building has been entirely re-imagined for finest living standards thanks to the partnership with Poliform|Varenna.

“The restoration project focused on a complete modernisation of the building while maintainin gits historic pedigree and classic architectural charm.
“Originally consisting of approximately 102 residences actually the project is composed of 60 spacious homes from 3,000 to over 6,000 square feet, including a stunning penthouse with full wraparound terrace.

“Prospective buyers now have the opportunity to tour the two new model apartments. One fully designed and furnished by Poliform|Varenna with refined and luxury interior design. “Natural materials as marbles and woods in a context full of memories for a contemporary interpretation of the space. “An elegant style of living, that is simultaneously austere, with a lot of amenities: doormen, elevator operators, fitness center, children’s playroom, laundry room, bike room and a multi-purpose room with prep kitchen and private garden available for entertaining.”
